1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the site leadsylabs.com, the Leadsy platform, audits, reports, and any related services provided by Individual Entrepreneur Leonid Shchekin, trading as LeadsyLabs (the “Provider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By creating an account, placing an order, or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase paid services.
2. Definitions
- Site — leadsylabs.com and related subdomains used to deliver our services.
- Leadsy / Service — our software and expert workflows for analyzing and improving business visibility in AI assistants and related digital channels.
- Account / Dashboard — the secure area available after registration.
- Service offering — a specific deliverable listed on our Pricing page or in a custom quote in your Dashboard.
- Order — your request to purchase a paid service through the Site or Dashboard.
- Customer / you — the individual or business using the Site or purchasing services.
3. Services
We provide digital marketing and analytics services focused on AI search visibility (GEO), including but not limited to:
- Free express AI visibility audits delivered in the browser;
- Paid full audits with prioritized action plans (PDF reports);
- Done-for-you implementation and monitoring;
- Performance marketing services such as Google Ads audits and management, as described on the Site.
Services are advisory and analytical in nature. Outcomes in AI assistants depend on many factors outside our control, including third-party AI systems, your market, and implementation quality.
The free express audit is provided at no charge. Use of the free audit is still subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
4. Pricing
Current prices and descriptions are published at leadsylabs.com/tarify.html. As of the effective date above, standard offerings include:
- Free express audit — $0, instant browser results;
- Full audit + action plan — $99 USD;
- Done-for-you implementation — custom quote after audit;
- Google Ads and other performance services — as listed on our Pricing page and Leadsy × Google Ads page.
Custom project scopes may be offered in your Dashboard with itemized pricing before payment.
Unless stated otherwise, prices are in US dollars (USD). You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees applicable in your jurisdiction.
We may change prices for future orders by updating the Pricing page. Changes do not affect orders already paid.
5. Accepting these Terms
You enter into a binding agreement with us when you:
- Complete payment for a paid service on the Site or in your Dashboard;
- Place an Order and receive payment confirmation; or
- Accept a custom quote and pay the agreed amount.
By accepting, you confirm that you have read these Terms, the applicable service description, and our Privacy Policy.
6. Payment
Paid services may be purchased by:
- Card payment through Stripe or another PCI-compliant processor we designate on the Site; or
- Invoice for business customers upon request at hello@leadsylabs.com.
Payment is due at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing. An order is confirmed when we receive successful payment confirmation from our processor or cleared invoice payment.
You authorize us and our payment partners to charge the payment method you provide for the Order total, including applicable taxes where we are required to collect them.
7. Service delivery
All services are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
Free express audit: results appear on the Site immediately after the automated scan completes.
Full audit: after payment and receipt of a valid URL, we deliver a PDF report to your Dashboard and, if needed, to your account email within 3 business days, unless a different timeline is agreed.
Implementation and custom work: timelines, milestones, and deliverables are defined in your Order or statement of work.
A service is considered delivered when:
- Express audit results are displayed on the Site;
- A full audit PDF is available in your Dashboard or sent to your email; or
- Custom deliverables are submitted through the agreed channel and 5 business days pass without a substantiated written objection from you.

8. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate registration, billing, and project information;
- Submit URLs and assets you are authorized to analyze;
- Pay for services on time;
- Keep your account credentials confidential;
- Use reports and materials only for lawful business purposes;
- Not abuse the Site, scrape it excessively, or attempt to disrupt our systems.
We may suspend access if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or a material breach of these Terms.
9. Refunds and cancellations
Before work begins on a paid service (before we start preparing a full audit, implementation, or custom project), you may request a full refund by emailing hello@leadsylabs.com. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
After work has started, refunds, if any, are limited to the portion of the service not yet performed, unless we materially fail to deliver what was purchased.
After digital deliverables are provided (for example, a PDF report uploaded to your Dashboard), fees for completed work are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law or where we failed to deliver the purchased scope.
The free express audit is free and not subject to refund.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory refund rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- We do not guarantee specific business results such as lead volume, revenue, rankings, or mentions in any AI system;
- We are not liable for outages caused by hosting providers, payment processors, AI platforms, or other third parties;
- We are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate information you provide;
- Our total liability for any Order is limited to the amount you paid us for that Order in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
Services are provided “as is” except where mandatory consumer protections apply.
11. Privacy
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Site and placing Orders, you acknowledge that processing.
12. Disputes and support
For questions or complaints, contact hello@leadsylabs.com with your name, account email, order reference (if any), and a clear description of the issue.
We aim to respond within 10 business days.
Parties will attempt to resolve disputes informally before pursuing formal proceedings. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Georgia, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require a different forum.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer laws provide otherwise.
13. General provisions
- We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Material changes take effect on the date stated in the update unless otherwise required by law.
- Continued use of paid services after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
- If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and applicable Order details, constitute the entire agreement regarding the Site and services.
